Ms. Gough has served as the Director of Administration of Pacific Heights Asset Management, LLC since 2005.

Prior to joining Pacific Heights, Ms. Gough served in various compliance and administrative capacities in a variety of industries, including, primarily, the asset management industry as well as the legal, compliance, high technology and financial services and banking industries.
